| MISONS INDUSTRIES LIMITED is the most recent member of the Misons Group of Companies. The Group has its origins in the garment manufacturing sector where the Group's founder M.I. Juman was one of the early pioneers of mass production in Trinidad and who had a vision with "Quality" as his hallmark, which to this day has remained a prominent feature of its products and services. The company's venture into the world of baby disposable diapers in 1992 was challenging. This area was highly competitive and Misons has probably revolutionised the local diaper industry with the introduction of sophisticated Italian state of the art machinery and equipment capable of high speed production. We are proud of the success of baby disposable diapers both on the local and overseas market and attribute this to our unrelenting quest for perfection through the "super ultra" high quality. The group's products of "Teddies" and "Cuties" baby disposable diapers, "La Femme" and "Body Soft" feminine napkins and "Van Heusen" shirts, slacks and suits can be found throughout the Caribbean as well as in Latin American markets. The Group, with manufacturing plants in Trinidad and Barbados as well as a distributor/commission agency, property rentals, a shopping mall complex and holiday resorts in the latter, continues to grow and diversify its operations employing hundreds of Nationals. | ACCOMPLISHMENTS: From the day Misons Industries opened its doors our main focus was always to provide our customers with a quality product. Within just six (6) years we were able to upgrade our factory with the introduction of a second diaper making machine. Our products were better than ever before and this earned Misons the position as the “Largest Diaper Manufacturer In The Caribbean”. By the beginning of 2000 a third machine was added and by the end of that same year the first machine, that made it all happen, was traded in for a new modernized version. Misons Industries was well poised to compete in the international market. By 2004, Misons acquired the branding, manufacturing rights and machinery of Agostini Industries Ltd's entire diaper and feminine napkin line. Disposable diaper brands such as, "Cheekies", "Baby Confort", "Lovable" and "Ultra Precious" joined the Misons family of maunfactured products, as well as "Secure" and "Fancy Free" Feminine Napkins.
